Jason Voorhees (Friday the 13th)

With Valentine's day being just around the corner I think it is time to pay some tribute to another certain date of the month/year, namely Friday the 13th

And what better way to do so than to draw one of 80's horror movie-icons, the mask-wearing killer of crystal-lake, Jason Voorhees!

I had a pretty fond spot for the serie in question, at least as a kid I know I did.
Today I can see it as the over-the-top, blood-induced 80's B-roll that it is but I do so in a positive sense.

Sure it is pretty dumb, but a nice kind of dumb that is not afraid to show it or do so with some over-the-top kill-scenes

So with that being said, Happy Friday the 13th!
